    How to Steep Lapsang Souchong Loose Tea

    Step 1. Boil Water

    Use filtered or spring water for the best flavour. Lapsang souchong is a black tea that requires boiling water to extract the most flavour out of the leaves.

    Step 2. Steep Tea Leaves

    Use 3 grams (0.10 once ) of Lapsang per 250 ml of water. The recommended steeping time is 4-5 minutes.

    Step 3. Let it Cool

    Let the tea to cool down to the temperature that won't burn your leaps. This temperature is ideal for activating most of your sensory perception.
